HBA Fox Cities was established in 1958 and is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that consists of more than 400 member companies, most of which are based in the Fox Cities area of Wisconsin. HBA Fox Cities serves its members through:

Business development opportunities

Member businesses gain exposure to fellow members and consumers through advertising and sponsorships as well as public events such as Parades of Homes events, which include new homes and remodeling projects that are open through the community and typically generate an attendance of between 3,500 – 4,000.

Community involvement

Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities applauds its members for the significant charitable aid given to valuable organizations throughout the Fox Cities area by individual members and member companies.

HBA Fox Cities has a fund through The Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which allows the generosity of HBA Fox Cities members and donors to be focused on housing-related education, research and charitable aid initiatives. Through annual fundraising events, the HBA Fox Cities Fund supports scholarships for students pursuing education in residential construction related fields. The events also raise funds to support charities, primarily those that are housing-related, particularly in the Fox Cities.

In 2016, nearly $28,000 was donated to Habitat for Humanity for the 2016 Home Builders Blitz and nearly $10,000 was raised for charity and scholarships at our annual golf outing. In 2015, $7,500 in charitable grants/sponsorships was awarded to Harbor House, Greater Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity, Homeless Connections and ReBuilding Together Fox Valley.

Additionally, HBA Fox Cities proudly serves as the official and exclusive Local Coordinating Organization for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program in Outagamie County and surrounding areas. In 2016, 21,242 toys, stocking stuffers and books were collected for 2,390 Fox Cities children in-need.

Workforce development

In partnership with middle and high schools, technical colleges, non-profit organizations, area businesses and members, HBA Fox Cities has a strong commitment to developing the construction trades workforce in the Fox Cities.
