Annual membership in Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities is as follows: 

Primary Representative: $345
Additional employee(s): $100 each

Upon application, the primary representative will select the type of member category - Builder or Associate, as defined below on the second page of the application based upon the following: 

BUILDER: Any individual who operates or is employed by a firm, partnership, corporation, or other recognized business entity in the business of building, remodeling or land development and holds current credentials required by the state of WI to obtain building permits. Builder members must also complete the HBA Fox Cities-coordinated Contracts & Lien Laws course. 

*Note: Builder member applicant must hold WI Contractor Credential and at least one employee of applicant company must hold WI Contractor Qualifier Credential. Those who apply as a “Builder” member are required to complete, within 12 months of join date, the “Contracts & Lien Laws” class as prescribed by HBAFC. Failure to do so will result in membership classification change to “Associate” member. This class is typically held 2x/year. 

ASSOCIATE: Any individual who operates or is employed by a firm, partnership, corporation, or other recognized business entity that does not meet the definition outlined for Builder member.

Additional Employee: For only $100/person/year, register additional employee(s) from your business as "Additional Employee(s)" at HBA Fox Cities. Additional employees receive access to the "Members' Only" section of the website, are included in HBA Fox Cities communications, listed in the directory, can attend events, mixers and Member-to-Member Morning Connections.
Note: Additional employees' membership valid so long as Member of Record's membership is up-to-date.
