View the following video to learn how to securely store your bank account/credit card number for auto-renewal of membership and/or use the steps outlined below:
Log into your HBAFC member profile (if you do not know you login information click “forgot username/password”).
From the left-hand menu, select: “Company Information”, “Billing” and then “Payment Profiles”.
To add a stored card for auto-pay or future use, select “Add a New Payment Profile”.
Add your credit card or bank account information. Check the box to opt-in to auto-payments for your annual membership dues. Your stored card will be charged on the first day of your renewal month.
Click “Add Profile” to save your card and auto-payment preference (if applicable).
That’s it. If you selected the auto-renew option, we will provide confirmation of the automatic payment details within 3 business days. You may choose to opt-out of auto-renew at any time by unchecking the auto-payment box, deleting the stored payment information or by contacting the HBAFC office.
