  • Construction contract (signed by all parties)
  • Cost breakdown from builder
  • Two most recent paystubs from all borrowers
  • W-2s from the last two years
  • Last two years of Federal Tax Returns (only needed if self-employed or have rental property income)
  • Copy of last two months of bank statements
  • Copy of recent retirement statement
  • Mortgage statement (if applicable)
  • Homeowner’s insurance (for all properties retaining)
  • Lot title policy (if already owned) or lot purchase contract (if purchasing with construction)
