- Construction contract (signed by all parties)
- Cost breakdown from builder
- Two most recent paystubs from all borrowers
- W-2s from the last two years
- Last two years of Federal Tax Returns (only needed if self-employed or have rental property income)
- Copy of last two months of bank statements
- Copy of recent retirement statement
- Mortgage statement (if applicable)
- Homeowner’s insurance (for all properties retaining)
- Lot title policy (if already owned) or lot purchase contract (if purchasing with construction)
- Builder’s risk insurance (for home construction property)
- Application deposit
- Plans and specifications
