HBA Fox Cities was established in 1958 and is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that consists of more than 440 member companies, most of which are based in the Fox Cities area of Wisconsin. HBA Fox Cities serves its members through:

Business development opportunities

Members gain exposure through marketing and sponsorships as well as public events such as the bi-annual Parade of Homes and year-long Virtual Tour of Homes, which include new homes and remodeling projects that are open throughout the Fox Cities and typically generate an attendance of between 3,500 – 4,750.

Contact us about our virtual tour services as well as website creation services.

Community involvement

Both community involvement and partnerships are extremely important to Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities. In fact, one of our strategic plan goals is Community Relations: Continue charitable efforts, maintain presence at community functions and maintain collaborative relationships with nonprofit organizations in the Fox Cities.

HBAFC has a fund through The Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region Inc., which allows the generosity of HBA Fox Cities members, as a group, to be focused charitable giving, student scholarships and workforce development programs.

In the past five years, nearly $43,000 has been contributed to our donor-advised fund at Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region Inc., which in-turn has been donated back into the community to nonprofit organizations, via scholarships to students enrolled in the construction trades and to fund workforce development initiatives.

Workforce development

In partnership with middle and high schools, technical colleges, non-profit organizations, area businesses and members, HBA Fox Cities has a strong commitment to developing the construction trades workforce in the Fox Cities.

Networking opportunities

Member Mixers bring members together to build personal and business relationships. Would your business like to host one of these events? If so, contact Membership & Communications Manager Carly Fuller.

Housing advocacy/government affairs

With grassroots efforts, HBA Fox Cities works with REALTORS® Association of NE WI as well as local chambers of commerce to defeat excessive regulations and defend safe and attainable housing at all levels of government.

Industry information

HBA Fox Cities provides industry information to members and the public through digital media.

These member benefits and services noted above are just the beginning. HBA Fox Cities works to promote a positive business environment by uniting, serving and representing all aspects of the building industry.
