Business development opportunities
Member businesses gain exposure to fellow members and consumers through marketing and sponsorships as well as public events such as Parades of Homes events, which include new homes and remodeling projects that are open through the community and typically generate an attendance of between 3,500 – 4,750. 

Community involvement
HBA Fox Cities staff has a strong presence in the community via volunteerism and committee and board service to many non-profit organizations. Members and staff also participate in local community service projects and external fundraisers. 

Through The Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, HBA Fox Cities has a charitable fund. Through annual fundraising events, the HBA Fox Cities Fund supports donations to local charities including foundations that fund scholarships for students pursuing education in residential construction related fields.

Workforce development is a primary focus for our organization. HBA Fox Cities is consistently participating in career expos, hiring fairs and working with schools to promote careers in the construction trades.

Additionally, HBA Fox Cities proudly serves as the official and exclusive Local Coordinating Organization for the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program in Outagamie County, Calumet County and northern Winnebago County.

Networking opportunities

Housing advocacy/government affairs/public policy
With grassroots efforts, HBA Fox Cities works with REALTORS® Association of NE WI and the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Council to defeat excessive regulations and defend safe and attainable housing at all levels of government.

Educational programming
HBA Fox Cities' educational programs can help businesses thrive and improve the overall professionalism of the home building industry. Course offerings help members stay current on new building ideas and technology, learn new business strategies and stay on the cutting edge of sales and marketing techniques, as well as provide continuing education credits for the Dwelling Contractor Qualified through the State of Wisconsin. 

Product & service discounts
HBA Fox Cities has contracted with National Purchasing Partners (NPP) as well as Munn Co. to administer group purchasing programs which allows members to purchase goods and services directly from vendors at discounted prices.
