Entry Types & Fees for HBAFC Members

Extended date entry option:

Note that the deadline option below does not include a builder page in the printed guidebook nor professionally drawn rendering and floor plan.
All entries require a $500 compliance deposit per entry. Prices above reflect HBAFC member pricing payment by check. Participants paying via credit card will be charged a 3.5% processing fee/entry. Entry fee reduced by $250 for Participants supplying virtual tour (as outlined in “Virtual” application). For non-member entry fee rates, click here.
Entry types:
  • New Construction: Never Been Occupied or Occupied/Previously Occupied (within 12 months of occupancy permit issuance). Home open for in-person viewing.
  • Remodel: Occupied/previously occupied addition, renovation or restoration project on an existing residential dwelling. Home open for in-person viewing second weekend of the event.
  • Under Construction: A residential dwelling currently under construction (at any phase). Home not open for in-person viewing (“street view” only if address is disclosed for publication).
  • Virtual: A 3D walk-through of a residential dwelling (new-construction or remodel). Home not open for in-person viewing (“street view” only if address is disclosed for publication).
  • Re-entries: All entry types outlined above that have previously been entered/featured in HBAFC Parade events.
