2026 HBAFC FALL PARADE OF HOMES
Virtual Entry Homeowner Terms & Conditions

  • Understand it is at our builder’s discretion to stage the home for the event photo shoot. This includes furniture, photos, window treatments, electronics, blankets, dishes, etc.
  • Home will be available to view publicly online at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com from Oct. 1, 2026-Oct. 1, 2027.
  • An exterior photo, floor plan, home/entry description will be published on HBAFC’s electronic media and potentially other print or online publications/avenues.
  • If home address is disclosed, directions to the premises may be included on HBAFC’s electronic media and potentially other print or online publications/avenues.
  • Home value ranges (not including lot)/remodeling value will be published.
  • The home must be accessible and unoccupied for photo shoot.
  • I/We can not promote – during the photo shoot – a business or company for which I/we work and/or own unless I/we are a member of HBAFC or have paid the applicable non-member marketing fee (subject to approval).
  • For remodeling project entriesand occupied homes, it is recommended that valuable homeowner property be removed from view, and, to protect the homeowner’s privacy all personal photos be removed during the photo shoot.

I/We permit Home Builders Association of the Fox CitiesTM, its agents and the media to photograph, video, complete virtual tour, produce renderings and other likenesses of the home for use in promotional materials.
 
I/We hold harmless, protect and indemnify HBAFC officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any loss, theft, claim or damage sustained as a result of personal injury or other loss caused to any person by any defect or dangerous condition in the respective house or proximity thereto.
 
I/We hold harmless, protect and indemnify HBAFC officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any loss, claim or damage sustained to the interior and/or exterior of the home, landscaping or furnishings as a result of the home/space being included in the Fox Cities Parade of HomesTM.
 
I/We hold harmless, protect and indemnify HBAFC officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any loss, claim or damage if my home is withdrawn from the event, including but not limited to the withholding or repayment of discounts lost.
